This pre-finished knotty white pine flooring is perfect for projects requiring that rustic look. The colour of this flooring is not too dark or light, and will give a warm, clean feeling to any room. Pine flooring has many of the same benefits of hardwood flooring, such as look and feel, at a fraction of the cost. 

This pre-finished flooring has received 8 coats of clear polyurethane finish where aluminum oxide is incorporated in the last 2 coats. Doing this allows us to extend the warranty on this flooring to 25 years.
