The run has no bevel or shadow recess so pieces comes together to create a totally flat surface with a thin line where pieces meet. Pieces are knotty and there is some blue stain. This run is fit with Tongue & Groove for easy installation for floors and horizontal or vertical paneling.
These "outs" did not make the grade for another one of our orders due to any number of factors, such as knots, stain, and splitting. If you aren't hung up on the above, this material may be a good fit for your needs. Please note that the actual width of the 1x8 face is 7 1/4 inches. Pieces are 3/4" thick. Murray Bros. recommends order 30% above your required footage to account for waste material.
